Welcome to the top movie of the 90's poll. To find the top movie of the 90s, I will make 11 different polls, 1 for each year, and then the main poll, made up of the top 2 movies in each of the year polls. Each of the polls for each year is going to consist of 15 movies. To determine these 15 movies, I will include the top worldwide grossing movie and the oscar winner that year, and an additional 8 movies picked from the top 25 movies worldwide and the oscar nominations for that year.The other 5 movies will be selected from your suggestions in the message board. If you believe I have missed a movie that you and a lot of other people would vote for instead of the 10 movies I have picked, let me know in the message board I have added below for discussion of this topic. Since the decade is not over, and we still have 5 months worth of movies in 99, to make it fair, I will be extending the poll for the next five months. Here is how it is going to work: I will add a new yearly poll every two weeks. And votes will be accepted for 1 month. Take a look at the schedule table below for estimated times of when I will be adding each poll. I should have the final poll up in February of 2000. For the purpose of this poll, "top movie" means, what was the most entertaining movie you have seen. The movie that you would rather buy, and see over and over again over any other movie.
